Das Dashboard liefert dabei einen stets aktuellen Blick auf alle vergebenen\/zugeteilten Tickets und <strong>Ereigniskontingente<\/strong>. Um Anzahl und Dauer der <strong>Arbeitsaufw\u00e4nde\/Dienstleistungen protokollieren<\/strong> und kontrollieren zu k\u00f6nnen sind die Servicevertr\u00e4ge mit dem Modul Tickets verkn\u00fcpft, so
