Vordefinierte Schritte erleichtern dabei die direkte Kommunikation zum Kunden, also zum Ticketsteller. Oft dient das Modul als <strong>Supporthilfe <\/strong>bei Kundenproblemen, wobei das System unterst\u00fctzt und erfasste Kunden erkennt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is--styled
